Chocolate Craving?

OMG! To die for chocolate. If you are a chocoholic like me, this is a dangerous recipe!  Why? It is too easy and super chocolatey.
                           CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG


So easy.  Mix the dry ingredients.  Add the wet ingredients.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Nuke for 90 seconds and Voila… Chocolatey, delectable goodness in the convenience of a mug.  Add a little ice cream or whipped cream for added deliciousness and sprinkles of course.


Here’s the recipe:

3 tbsp. Flour
3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
Tiny pinch of salt
3 tbsp. Whole milk
3 tbsp. Oil
Splash of vanilla
3 tbsp. Chocolate chips

Into a 12  oz. Microwave safe mug, add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.  Stir with a fork.  Add the milk, oil, and vanilla and stir until smooth.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the sides of the mug.

Microwave for 90 seconds, then let the cake stand for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before eating.  Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
